More lies, never at the time I was paying did I ask if my landlord would pay my bill. When he explained the problem he found in the beginning and kept saying its manufacturers parts defects, I asked if it was something I should be paying to get fixed if it's a manufacturer defective. The other bathroom wasn't an extra I added on , the problem was with two bathrooms to begin with but Bill said he didn't include the other bathrooms work on the contract but would do it since it wouldn't be but a fifteen minute job. The contract was typed up right after the first look of issues at which he thought was going to be worse than it was and he was going to use home fixtures. So the first day he took the wall behind shower down and looked under home he said it wasn't as bad as either of us thought and he also found e couldn't use home fixtures because they don't make an certain adaptor anymore. So these two major things weren't of as thought so how come the price didn't drop or wasn't changed? You repeated said you wanted the payment before job was completed because you were going to over withdrawal and bounce some checks if you didn't get my payment. I am well aware of paying for a problem fixed which is why you were given payment from me, but you didn't finish other bathroom knowing I was bind to said contract and was overcharged for it. Again estimate was $1800.00 including house fixtures would replace mobile home fixtures and originally thinking mold clean up was goin to be worse than it actually was, so how did the price not go down???? Ripped off lesson learned !!! Mother of four took a workers word instead of expecting contract be changed to match everything he was saying!
Description of Work: Very unprofessional, lied about where he got stuff from and how much it cost, overcharged apparently since he would not show me an itemized receipt of where he came up with $1520.00 dollars but did show for the other $280.00 dollars. Lies, lies, lies really sticks out in my head when you are paying for a job that's not to exceed $1800.00 and he gave that estimate based on thinking mold was going to be worse and that he was going to replace leaking parts with house fixtures. He didn't do either of those and price came down 250 ish. But I caught him in lies of the two faucets I was paying on the side for. So when I asked for a different brand faucet he flipped out, that was day four on the job that should of taken two days maybe three. Also flipped out when I asked for an itemized bill at the end. If I'm spending any of my money no matter the amount I think I have the right to ask questions without being flipped out on especially in front of my 2 and 1 year old and my grand mother !!!!! I even still out of my own kindness or stupidity paid him for the job at the over charged rate just for his time and "said price" of parts with no proof. Now I sit here $ 1768.00 out of pocket and shelves not screwed or nailed into dry wall right so bottom one falling out and shelves not put a foot apart like he knew so my towels that don't fit back on sitting in a tote under racks. As well as my daughter drywall not put back on or painted and rotted tack board that carpet would go back over. Horrible experience!

This customer was happy until it was time to pay her bill at which time she asked me if I thought her landlord would pay the bill?!. She signed a contract (which clearly states right above her signature that she acknowledges she is the owner. She is not! Her contract alone was not to exceed $1,800.00 it did not! The total is $1786.00 even with extra work she requested on a property that is not in her name. The only thing that would have made her happy is a invoice that had a $.00 balance from the start! Description of Work: Bill Kinman of J&S serviced my oil furnace. He replaced several parts that were old and not functioning. He took his time and explained everything in detail. He explained the cost of the parts before buying them which I really appreciated. My furnace has worked perfect since he fixed it.

We called him late in the middle of the night because we had a problem with our furnace. He called right back. He was working on his own firm at that time but he came over and fixed ours. He is a really good guy. He was just so personable. He knew was he was doing. He did not need a book because he knew exactly what he was going to do.

The service provided by the installation team was very professional and efficient even in the inclement weather at the time. There were two issues with the equipment that was communicated and resolved very quickly by the installer and vendor. During any testing of the unit, the installer ensured I was on hand to review and ask questions as the installation took place. Communication of the installation progress was extremely good.
Description of Work: Replacement of Heating and Air conditioning equipment due to failure.
