The ladies of MaidPro were really fantastic. I scheduled a first service for June 29th and then monthly service following and was a little nervous about it to be honest. I'd never reached out to a cleaning service before for help with our home. Generally I keep our house pretty organized, but I admit I had been neglecting some of the details like appliance cleaning, cleaning woodwork, dusting around hard to reach places and rooms where we don't spend much time. It had been a long time since I did any of that and then I felt like I didn?t even know where to start. I didn?t know what to ask for or what all they could do to help. So I called MaidPro. Their call center representatives were super helpful and worked with me to find a schedule and service that fit my needs and budget. The manager called me shortly after to follow up and confirm everything, she was very nice and I even got a video in my email to help me understand what I needed to do to prepare for their arrival. The day of the service, two ladies arrived, very professional and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. They walked around the house to get an idea of where everything was, asked me for any specifics I wanted to make sure they got to, and then got to work straight away. They cleaned placed I would never have thought to get! They were non-stop the whole time, it was impressive! Towards the end of the scheduled service, I got a call from their supervisor who stated they didn?t feel they could complete the whole house in the scheduled time (it really needed some help) and asked my approval to extend their time and the fees associated. I, of course, agreed. I appreciated their proactive reach out and asking my approval before they just charged extra time. When they were done, my husband and I went through the house just amazed at how well everything looked. Spotless. They cleaned the wall behind my stove and sink, they washed baseboards and got up a stain that was in my bath tub that had been there since I don?t even know when! I seriously can?t say enough positive things about this. I would recommend to everyone! My only disappointment was I forgot to ask them something and that?s totally on me, not on them at all! I?ll be sure to ask them next time though J

Arrived on time. Well groomed, friendly and professional. Did not engage in useless chatter. Did a thorough job on time. We were very please with Maid Pro, have used them several times and will use them again.

I was very satisfied with their professional and detailed service! I am paying less than before, and receiving a higher quality service! What more can you ask for? I made the mistake of hiring an independent cleaner before. She was very unreliable. After firing her, she never returned my house key. I had to get my locks changed. Maidpro is truly a professional company! They are great at what they do and they are reliable. I am very happy with their services and will continue to use them for a long time to come!

Florence MaidPro have a 40-point check list and they clean what they say they are going to clean. I just went with them because they are close.

No return email or call

I've been using MaidPro for several months. At first, the service was extraordinary. Prompt, thorough, very friendly, even doing a few things above and beyond expectations (strip and remake bed, then she would actually wash and fold the dirty sheets). Then, I noticed a few things missing from my home. In November, different associates started showing up. Soon, the quality of the service plummeted. On one occasion in November, there were crumbs left on the kitchen table, indicating that it wasn't even touched. The master bathroom also looked like it was barely touched, although the toilet was cleaned and the sticker was applied to the toilet paper roll. I called the Office Mgr on 11/20 and she was extremely professional and very apologetic. She assured me that although our previous lady was no longer with them, the level of service shouldn't have changed. I agreed to leave a note for the next scheduled service and actually did so for the following 2 visits, yet the items I noted were not addressed. Finally, on 12.19 the service was so poor I cancelled the service altogether.

In the past they overbilled me. When my wife was home, they did a great job and did not over bill me. We would use them,only if we were home.

I found them through a flier in the mail. They started out really good and then it turned to be not so good. I found them pricey. They were on time. I will not use them in the future.

The workers results varied depending upon who did the cleaning that week. Sometimes the work was ok but sometimes the vacuuming was subpar and I would have to go over certain areas myself. I had repeatedly requested certain things such as please make sure the furniture polish is completely wiped off, otherwise major streaking occurs, and vacuuming done under the cushions. These comments were to be noted in my file however unless I got the same person again they did not remember because those comments were not in the file and I would have to repeat the same instructions over again. I called the office twice to complain. The real disappointment came when a scheduled worker came 2 hous before the allowed time. She said she did not have a note in my file regarding the allowable timeframe. When I called the office and spoke with an assistant They were very apologetic and told me that I could request the same person each time for future cleanings. I thought that perhaps that would solve the "communication" problem as one person would know for sure how I want things done. Alas the next scheduled cleaning arrived and it was not the person I requested. I sent her away and the the owner called me saying that I could not request a specific cleaner despite what I had been told 2 weeks prior. When I told him that he had communication problems with his workers he disagreed. He felt because I had only called the office two times in the past several months I have been using their services that they were doing ok. When I explained that was because I repeatedly tried to resolve things with the cleaners and when I was not getting consistent results finally I resorted to calling the office. I found it amazing that he was ok with the two complaints feeling that was still a good track record. He also dismissed my comments about poor communication and claimed my requests were indeed noted in the files. I had looked at the files in previous cleanings when the workers claimed they did not know my requests or time of service so he was not being truthful. One bad complaint is too many in my book and he should not be willing to selltle for that. I discontinued service with them and would not recommend them to anyone.

I like their services. They come out once a month to clean and I have no complaints about the quality of their work. I’ll definitely keep using them.

They are very friendly, and the quality of their work is very good. Their service is good too. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Very nice professional people. Did great job of cleaning. I had money laying out I forgot about and no one touched it. I appreciate that. My house was very very dirty and needed deep professional cleaning. When it was decided that 2 people were not enough, the company managed to send 3 or 4 more to finish the job. That was also appreciated. The only complaint I had and it's not really a complaint as I forgot to tell them the house was very old and it had fuses. They did run 2 or 3 vacuum cleaners at one time and blew a fuse or tripped a circuit or something. They tried to fix it but couldn't. I did have to call an electrician to have it corrected. It was no one's fault really but it did cost me extra having to have the electrical work done. I would recommend in the future to the company to maybe ask this question regarding how house is wired if a big job is going to be done and 2 or more vacuums have to be run simultaneously. Just a thought. ;) All in all, it was a good experience and all the people who cleaned were very nice and professional and I think did a great job. I would recommend the company to friends & family.

The cleaners from MaidPro Company did a great job. They are very easy to work with. I would use them again in the future.

Florence MaidPro was professional, and always did good work. However, we had to stop using them due to budgetary purposes.

They were quick to respond and had the first appointment made within 10 days. They will be returning every two weeks.

It was fine. I got a better price from a different house cleaner. I can't remember why, but there was something about the guy that creeped me out. I didn't like them.

When I first called, I thought the estimate was too high for what I wanted done and for the size of my condo BUT they worked with me and I was able to go with a different package where I basically pay by the hour. Our other bedrooms don't get much traffic and therefore I don't think need a detailed clean, so I can prioritize the rooms I want them to do and if they still have time, they can finish the other bedrooms. I think they call it priority clean. They have been here a couple times now and I am pleased. They are very professional and efficient. The guy who comes wears a MaidPro uniform and comes with all of his own cleaners. They scheduled someone who is okay with dogs since we have one and it has been great. Dave, the owner, is flexible too. For example, when my scheduled cleaning was coming up, I called to have it moved back and he did this and adjusted my whole schedule no problem. The first visit, the supervisor came out to double check the work and make sure it was up to MaidPro standards which I appreciated very much. If you have any issues, like I would like more attention paid to our shower next time, it is easy to tell them and they are happy to help improve any area. They always leave an evaluation form to rate their performance. This to me says they are willing to make it better if necessary and want to give you the best service possible. I really appreciate this.

They were good and I really liked them. I would recommend them.

It has been pretty good. They do a nice job, and they stick to their schedule. They are here when they are supposed to be, and they send out multiple people, who do a good job for the most part. Although I did not compare price, they did seem fair.
