+ 0 moreTheir communication was good and did it timely manner, but the customer service was very business like. Didn't ask detailed problems of the fridge. When they rescheduled for the third time, just told me the time frame in 4 days without asking my schedule and condition of my fridge. My impression of their service was normal, nothing superior to be in the Angie's List. I think I happened to make an appointment in a bad timing, but still they could do it a little better.
Description of Work: My fridge started to make loud sounds. Since this store was close to my home and found it was open everyday, called for making an appointment for a quick service. They scheduled me in 3 days because it was Friday. Due to their family emergency, had to reschedue it for the next day. Then, they told me that I had to rechedule again for 4 days later. So, I rescheduled three time which was 1 week later from the initial phone call made.
