We will travel throughout the Tri-State region to help serve you. Our company also specializes in Outdoor Lighting. Craig, the owner was professional and answered all of our questions thoroughly prior to signing a contract - and the company had excellent references within the area. There were several packages to choose from to meet our specific needs. The system is easy to use and Craig is very responsive if we have any questions. His team was on time and took very care of our lawn. The only downside was that you may have to book 3-6 weeks out in the summer as they are very busy (because they are so good).
Description of Work: We used Expert Irrigation to install an irrigation/sprinkler system in the yard of our new home.

Company not very professional
Description of Work: Service man came without common tools. DID NO WORK. said we had to reschedule i then called and ask for a quote. Had the same work done in the past. Got a ridicules quote $866.00 Said I did not want to reschedule Receive a bill each month for $96.00

Response from Expert Irrigation
Possibly there was a misunderstanding between the office and the tech who serviced the site. Prior to our arrival we do mention that there is a Start Up fee, services are not free. The estimate was for machine work, to relocate heads for proper spacing. This does carry a larger price. We would be more than willing to make the appointment right by coming out and completing the visit. When service was declined following the estimate we carried the initial invoice over. Our mistake and apologies for not being more responsive and thorough on explaining the estimate. Thank you, Craig Zumdick Owner

Very satusified. Show up on time and complete work including providing any programming needed.
Description of Work: Installed lawn sprinkler system in spring of 2013 for front, side and back yard. They have serviced the system since installation including winterising.

Description of Work: Installed new water line as existing line was installed on adjacent property by Expert Irrigation's previous owner. New owner stated that he was not liable as was property owner's responsibility to define property lines even though same was not stated in my purchase contract dated 2009. Did receive a competing proposal from another firm which totaled $800.00. In conclusion, I feel since property owner's property line responsibility was not included in contract, the new Expert owner should have accepted responsibility. However, I was offered a substantial discount for the work to be performed. One might consider this a successful compromise.

They come every spring and every fall. They are knowledgeable on what they are doing. The sprinkler system has been in for a long time so this is kinda they come out and turn the water on the outside and they just check all the heads to make sure there is no cracks or leaks and set your sprinkler heads. Yes, I think I just checking for them to come out and do my spring.
