About us

Comprehensive Valuation Services, provides appraisals of varying degrees of complexity. From residential single family dwellings, small mix-use properties appraisals, retail facilities to multi-unit apartment buildings. All our appraisals meet and exceed both state and federal requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Our staff has more than 70 years of real estate and appraisal experience. I have taken the time to list a few of the different types of buildings that we have appraised over the years, such as mobile home parks, retail centers, residential subdivisions, medical facilities, right-of-way and condemnation, eminent domain cases, easement valuations, partial taking cases, residential farms and vacant farm land. We also have experience appraising other types of facilities including special purpose facilities, such as churches, urban properties, real estate owned properties (REO’s), short and long term leases a host of restricted use structures. Our appraisal reports of commercial properties have been used for a variety of purposes, including litigation, corporate planning, asset definition in mortgage loans, PIDA financing, sale/leaseback transactions, estate settlement, divorce settlement, arbitration, condemnation proceedings, and other similar purposes. http//www.cvsvaluations.com
