water softeners
+ -1 more.We have tried on two occasions to have him service our Water Filter/Water Softener because the former owners used & recommended him. First time was a no-show with excuses several months later that he was ill at the time & he arranged for someone else to service our filter...never heard from anyone else either. This time called to "reschedule" three times. So relibility is a real problem. Won't call him again. Certainly cannot recommend.

Description of Work: Bill has performed service and installed water softeners and reverse osmosis equipment in 2 of my homes. I started trying to get him to service, add salt and replace 5 filters on the equipment for the past month or two. We have had about 4 appointments set up and he had an excuse for each one. Of course, I stayed home since he doesn't like to come in when I am gone. Yesterday we had an appt. at 11:00, set up 2 weeks ago; at 11:30 I called to ask where he was and he said he was just leaving, from Florence, KY. It takes him about 45 minutes to get here so I told him to forget it (I had a lot of things to do and didn't want to waste the rest of the day) that I was just going to have to use someone else and he said 'you do that' and hung up on me. I don't want a person like that doing work for me!! I have wasted so many days waiting for him to either come or call as to why he was late.,
