+ -1 moreMy PC got virused during a family emergency....I called and spoke to Mark the technician. He explained their fee structure ... both fee structure in home and if I brought the box to them. I chose an in-home service call. Within 2 hours Mark had arrived, fixed the PC and was out the door. Very pleasant experience with a very very professional staff.

+ -1 moreWE TOOK IT TO ACTION COMPUTER, AND THEY TOOK IT IN RIGHT AWAY AND SAID IT WOULD ONLY TAKE A DAY OR TWO TO HAVE EVERTHING ON IT FIXED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WE GOT OUR COMPUTER BACK THE NEXT DAY.
