They are absolutely fantastic. They know what they are doing and we have been using them since we moved in in 2004. They are professional and pleasant to work with. If I have questions, they will take the time to answer them. The bugs go away with their treatments, so we are pleased.

Everything went like clockwork. Lee was able to come a full two hours ahead of the original appointment; he called to see if that was okay with us, and of course it was, the sooner the better. He was very professional, knows his stuff, is down-to-earth, meticulous in both inspection and application, and based on exit conversation, apparently a practicing Christian. The price is right, fair, affordable. The main thing is he gave us peace of mind and explained everything to our complete satisfaction. BTW, we found the mattress encasements at Sears after having no luck at WalMart or Kohl's.

The service turned out great. They are reliable, come out quickly, and are efficient. They do what they say are going to do. I have used them for 5 years. They have did mice treatments in the past as well.

They did a great job. They also have wildlife permits from the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife that permits them to take captured wildlife and release it on wildlife department property, which is nice. Not only do they use live capture, they just don’t take them out and let them off by the side of the road somewhere. The fact that they were licensed to release in controlled area and life traps were the two reasons I went with them. If I recall correctly, it was about $80 for the initial service for them to come and set up, and sign the contract; I don’t know what it is currently. Then it is so much per each additional trap, and then the cost of taking the animal away varied a little bit depending on what kind of animal it was. For example, taking the juvenile groundhogs away, if I remember correctly was about $65-$75 at the time. But taking away the raccoons and the skunk were about $100 each, because they could be vicious and they had to take them farther away. I had called another company that wanted not only $500 upfront, but they wanted my credit card number. They said that if there was any construction or repairs to which they had done damage to my house, they wanted me to sign a contract that they would do it. ABES Pest Control Inc.'s punctuality varies a little bit; for example, if I call them for a groundhog and they are out somewhere getting snakes out of somebody's attic, then the groundhog goes down a little bit on the calls. I would use them again in the future.

Lee was a complete professional from start to finish; he explained every step of the procedure in detail, was very knowledgable, and performed the job within the time and price quoted. I highly recommend him!

We thought there was a mice menace, but it turned out that they were bats. The crew went around the house and put some traps and checked for openings. Things worked out well. They did a fine job. I will be using them again in future.

Both service persons were very professional and polite. They did not find things that were not there. We plan to continue to use this company as long as they continue to be as responsive and helpful as they are now.
