Description of Work: We had squirrels in the attic. Lee came out and looked in the attic. He could not actually get into the attic, since he indicated the access area was too small. He told me to have a roofer come and close a hole he found in the wood siding, and that the squirrels would be out during the day, so we would not have to worry about trapping them up there when the hole was repaired. I paid him and called my roofer. He could find no hole whatsoever anywhere near Lee indicated. There were still squirrels in the attic. I called another pest removal company. They got into the attic (did not have problems with access), identified the problem (squirrels were coming in through a hole in the chimney), trapped the squirrels and fixed the hole. (They indicated you should never close a hole without first trapping the squirrels, completely contrary to Lee's advice.) We no longer have squirrels in our attic. ABES was a total waste of my time and money.
