Clearly being in business for a long time doesn’t mean the company is good. Very unprofessional! Poor communication between staff members and overall unimpressed with the services. There are several pool companies in our area I suggest trying a different one. Let our bad experience help you in your decision. Having a pool put in should have been a fun exciting experience however I don’t believe CW Parsons is capable of creating good experiences for customers.

The pool does look nice now but they had to come back 3 or 4 different times to fix things that kept coming up for most of the time. I would never use them again. Their price was bad. There was a big argument, the very first day I met him so that shows how professional he is. The reason I hired him is because I could not find anybody else around here to do it.
Description of Work: I used the services of CW Parsons & Co Pools to install a 16 by 32 in-ground pool.
