Terry quoted price and I gave him the job. Supposed to have been there the following Monday to start removal of old unit. Monday rolled around and no techs showed, Tuesday came and no techs showed. I called shop on Wednesday and was told that they had got delayed on another job. I did understand the delay but a call informing me of such should have been made and not left me hanging. The removal of old unit and installation of the new unit was OK, but could have done a better job installing duct and filter access door. If I had it to do over I would have paid another $400 or so and got a more reputalbe company. I guess it stands true that you get what you pay for. I think Terry is an honest guy but his techs and office staff are leaving a bad impression on his company.

Entire process was non stressful. They showed up when they said they would and completed installation on time and budget. I am very please with their work and recommend them and will use in future again.

I had a new heating and air system installed by this company and at first all was great and it worked for like a week then broke down ..it has been about 4 months since getting my new system and it's still broke down,after spending nearly 5000 dollars you would think they would be there to help you but instead I get hateful workers when I call that act like it's such a bother to hear from me AGAIN!!!..THEY have been to my house about 10 times trying to fix it and it still doesnt work...dont waste your time calling them... Very unprofessional and you can NEVER GET AHOLD OF THE OWNER they always say he's out of town!!!!!!!!! So now I have a "New" pieced together system that who knows how long it will last cause they have replaced peice after peice and it still dont work...I dont think the employees are trained well enough to know how to fix the problem however once I contacted "Trane" they say I have to use this company for the repairs because it is Considered an "Installation" issue or therefore Would be using a different company

They are prompt and their pricing is competitive.

After repeated service calls I decided to use someone else in order to have the problem fixed. New company is currently working on problems.
