When I called them they acted like they had never heard of me before. They didn't know who had came out. I talked to them several times and nobody would ever remember who I was. I ended up just cancelling with the company without even getting an estimate.

It's great that they are so busy but if they are unable to provide any service for 6 months that should be noted when we search for providers. If they're not available for jobs when customers search, don't show them. What's the use of having this tech? I can block off times at work that I am not available on my computer. Angie's List should too. I feel that I have wasted my membership fees. Went to Homeadvisor.com and found a provider. They called within the hour and are giving me an estimate tomorrow. And I didn't even have to purchase a $59 'Premium Membership' from them.

They were wonderful from start to finish! Showed up on time and did an excellent job of matching my existing concrete with the new. Could not be happier with the result!!! Thanks guys!!

Spencer concrete has a long waiting list but its well worth the wait. The service and final product were well above my expectations.

Anthony was very helpful with answering questions and helping with design of new front step. His quote was very fair. They arrived on time each day. The Spencer crew was very polite and respectful on the neighbors, my house and landscaping. They worked together as a team. I have zero complaints about the hard working crew.

They had a long waiting list, so it took a long time for them to get here, but they did a great job.

After I called for an estimate, it took a few days to get a call back. An appointment was set up to come and give me the estimate. Anthony arrived about 15 minutes late which put me off a little but not big deal. Then we talked about what I wanted done and he did his measuring and gave me a written estimate. The estimate was in the middle of the other 3 estimates I received but some of the others threw in a few extras, such as new stairs and some resurfacing which Mr. Spencer said they did not do. Overall he was professional aside from being a little late.

Had a little bit of phone tag but once all was scheduled they showed up on time and made quick work of it. Everyone was respectful and professional. They did a great job and the patio looks amazing.

A serviceman gave us a 4K estimate, said crew would be onsite to do the work in six (6) weeks. We never heard fromt the company again.

I called them two days ago and was told that a person would contact me about getting an appointment for an to look at what I needed done. As of this comment I have not heard from them. Called 3 other companies the same day and got call back the same day.

They were irregular in their efforts to complete the job and delayed the garage builder on two occasions. Their preparation work seemed to be acceptable. The pour was done in multiple small mix batches which was done on site. Big mistake! The concrete started spalling and sufrace breakdown occurred during the first winter. It has continued and gotten much worse. The vendor refuses to correct the problem and denies responsibility for the problem. The is other concrete in place of more than 40 years service which hasn't even shown much wear and it gets used daily.

We spent about $3050 for their services. They were very meticulous. There was something they did with a large rock that was buried. The concrete had to dry off. They went over and over it. Then they came back and they finished it all in a day, but they wanted to make sure. So, they stayed till about 10 o'clock at night until it was right. So, I think they were excellent. They did a very good job. We were very pleased with the work that they did.

Spencer Concrete repaired my sidewalk carriage steps after they were destroyed by a bus that left the road. They were paid by the bus company, so I don't know the actual cost. I would guess it to be around $400. Two men showed up early on Saturday morning, formed and poured the steps, and then they cleaned everything up and sat beside their work for 1-2 hours while the concrete set. They were making sure that nobody would come along and poke a finger in it! I asked one of the men, Anthony Spencer, to give me an estimate for redoing my patio while they were there. He paced it off and quoted me $3,000. A little high I think, but I have no basis for comparison. They did a nice job on the steps, left no mess, and were very polite.

They did a fantastic job. They have done a couple of different projects for us and have done a wonderful job on all of them. They installed a 23x26 patio flap and a side walk from our front yard to the back. They are very detailed, thorough, follow-up well, and are fair priced. They finish the job on time and know what they are doing. They are honest and reliable. They communicate well.
