Description of Work: My air conditioner had froze up and stopped cooling my house. I contacted One Choice Mechanical and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. They also told me that I would need to turn off my unit so that it would thaw before the technician arrived or he would not be able to fix this issue. The office contacted me the next day stating the technician finished his prior appointment and could arrive 15 minutes early if I was available. I thought they already had a great policy with only a 2 hour window, but then they can get there 15 minutes early; great news! The technician quickly determined that the air flow was working fine but the unit was low on freon. He added the freon and it is working worderfully now. I already knew that there was a slow leak and the reason behind it from some maintenance that One Choice Mechanical performed for me in early 2014. They informed me at that time that I could probably continue for a few years before it would need to be corrected but would need some additional freon every year or so depending on the heat. I am very happy with my service and would recommend One Choice Mechanical to others.

 + -1 moreThey were very courteous. I got some other quotes and the price was reasonable. They explained that there is nothing wrong with aluminum wire but it had been in there for 30-40 years.They were really nice people. They did what I asked. They got me the quote when they said.

They gave us a price and they did more work than they original estimated. However, they honored the original price quoted. I thought they were exceptional.

 + -1 moreIt worked out in the end but we had to have them back twice for the same issue. The service was fine and I had no issues with the work.
Description of Work: The initial problem was the ac seemed to go out and it was not cooling the house. They looked at the compressor and the coils outside and determined there were no problems there. We asked them to come back the next day for a second time because we were having the same problem with our air conditioner. They found the thermostat was not working properly and replaced it.

The price is very reasonable compared to other companies I have used. I know two of the principles in the firm, they are both very competent.
