We corresponded by email to set up the scheduled appointment. They showed up on time. They did a great job cleaning the air conditioner, it looks great. They talked with us after the cleaning to report that although the unit was extremely dirty, it is in excellent shape. I would recommend this service/company to others.

They were punctual and professional. While weeding around the outside central air unit, my wife accidentally cut a thin, free-hanging wire. They re-wired it, using a longer wire so it wouldn't hang free. They didn't charge for this, even though it wasn't part of the service. Very impressed!

The called before they came, then showed up on time. Steve and Tom came out on time, checked the unit pressures, the filters, and cleaned the condenser. Also checked the air flow and the furnace. They were courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend them.

He's been very quick to respond to me after I purchased the big deal. I put in some dates through Angie's List, and he came back with a few dates and we came up with a date and time for next week. His responsiveness has been great. Sometimes he even responded within minutes of me sending him a message.

Were punctual, professional, and did a good job. They upped my freon last year but it wasn't necessary this year, which shows me that they're not looking to tack added fees onto the project when not necessary. Will continue to use them going forward.

They were very courteous and tried very hard to figure out the problems that we were having. I am not 100% sure if they had been more knowledgeable, it wouldn’t have been so difficult to figure out. They were very nice and came out several times and figured out the solution. But I am not sure if I would use them again.

My husband was installing a dryer and none of the outlets in the laundry room were working. This was in the evening and the electrician was on another job, but came out even though it was late. My husband had checked the breaker box and all the switches seemed to be on. The electrician said it was a loose switch and tightened it and all the outlets were operational. We paid more because It was late in the evening and I needed my dryer. I think he said normally a service call was eighty something.

Did exactly what I expected, wore booties to keep my floors clean, felt comfortable leaving him unattended in the basement, and he didn't try to convince me I needed any additional services. I've used this company twice and had the same experience both times.

It was great. My house is almost 40 years old and I had been concerned that I might have some electrical issues. He arrived on time and completed the inspection. I had some items that need to be corrected, but not that bad. I believe that I received an honest assesment of my electrical system (nothing missed and no gouging). He also answered a couple of questions that I had and agreed to write an estimate to make the corrections and add a couple of additional items that I would like to have completed. In addition to the electrical work, I had used One Choice Mechanical to fix an HVAC problem that occurred earlier in the year. He asked if it was still working well and wanted to make sure that I did not have any issues with the HVAC system.

It was a easy transaction. My calls were answered by someone who was able to help me schedule the service need and answer my questions. Met the technician at the house and left him to make the repairs.

after testing the lines we had to locate where the load was being lost along the connecting wires from the circuit breaker box to the patio outlet box. it took a while but we finally traced it to an outlet in the garage that had a bad connection. They did a good job. It could have cost much more so I was pleased with the price

I rated One Choice Mechanical all As except punctuality and I hesitated on that one. The scheduled repairman was running late due to other calls and Lucas picked up the call for him. Unfortunately, he got in a traffic jam on a 2-lane road on his way to my house during rush-hour. Rush-hour can be brutal in that area, but he called to let me know he was stuck in traffic and gave me updates. In the end I was very satisfied that Lucas did not just try to push me off to another day but continued to make the service call. He arrived and was very professional, thorough and didn't rush. Then Steve's work was just as thorough and well done later in the week (he was punctual). That told me what type of company Lucas Parker runs and I've found a very solid company to do my HVAC work! Thank you.

Robert and Ruben were both very good and got the work done as we wanted. The quality of work was excellent and price was also reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company to by friends and will use them again!

One Choice is a terrific company and I have been using their services for, at least, 5 years. They are reliable, friendly, efficient and professional. They perform great work cleaning up any mess that might occur. You don't even know they have been there. The dryer vent was a messy job, but everything was back in order when they left. I have a maintenance agreement with them for my Spring and Fall furnace/ac cleaning, etc. THEY call me to schedule. That's not the case with many firms that I have maintenance agreements with. I would recommend them as an efficient, knowledgeable, professional; but friendly firm. and intend to utilize therir services in the future, for my furnace/ac maintenance, as well as other problems arise that are in their realm of expertiece.

I do not have the details as my roommate was present during the servicing but he said it was quick easy and no problems. AC runs well.

They were wonderful, kept me informed of everything they were doing, possible issues and choices for everything. They did determine where the leak was coming from but also stated that I did not need to make the decision right away. The unit would work for the summer but needed to make sure that I had it serviced before the next summer and then I would need to make my decision on the leak. He also reminded me to check Angie's list for possible coupon and saved me for half of my freon. As if that was not enough, he then checked my paperwork to determine that there was a 10 year warranty on my unit. He called the manufacturer to check on this and unfortunately I had not registered the unit when purchased so I only had 5 year warranty. Even though I was unable to take advantage of the extended warranty, I was very impressed with One Choice Mechanical. I thought they exemplified Customer Service and would highly recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them in the future.

Service was excellent - they were punctual, got it done very quickly. Had to have them come out twice as the light fixture was missing a part, but that wasn't their fault - always check the box before calling a service person! It saves you time and money!

Used Angies List coupon for 49.00 AC check. The service tech arrived promptly and conducted the inspection. He then informed me that I had a leak in my system and as a result all freon had leaked out. He quoted me a price of 560.00 to repair leak and replace freon. I felt like the price was on the high side, however, I accepted after the technician explained that freon prices had skyrocketed. After completing the job he told me that he had forgotten to include some labor in the price quoted earlier and the price was recalculated at 687.50. Needless to say, I was not happy. The tech apologized for the error and I reluctantly paid the amended total. The system appears to work fine but I have to say that my experience with this company was less than satisfactory and I will not use them again.
