Service, Installation, and FREE estimates on commercial, residential, and new construction. We do it all! If you need your system serviced, replaced, or cleaned give us a call at (502) 206-4018. We offer honest pricing and provide customers with a no-hassle guarantee, we provide options and only suggest replacements when absolutely necessary. Our favorite service is serving our community and we are grateful we have been able to do that for over 15 years now, thanks to you!

Description of Work: Annual heat pump check. Found two bad condensers during check and able to fix while here . The only place I'll call in the Louisville area for my air conditioning and Heat needs. Very professional and their prices are very competive. Would highly recommend this company .

Description of Work: I had a whole house humidifier installed. I was walked through the product features, about 2 hours later the piercing valve started leaking and within 2 hours later they were back out fixing it.

Description of Work: Installed a humidifier to HVAC unit and instructed on how to use it. Tech was professional and did not push for other services. However, he mentioned that the furnace should be serviced yearly and told me the cost and what was involved when I inquired. I scheduled this with the office and the service will be performed next week.

Description of Work: Purchased a $49 deal on a 21 point inspection. Contractor was on time, professional and pleasant. I was very pleased with the purchase. 3 weeks later, however, my air conditioning stopped working. The system is 17 years old. My warranty company's contractor claims that this contractor did not properly utilize their tools causing a king valve to need to be replaced. Not sure that I buy this, so I'm giving the company a B. They contacted my immediately after I bought the deal and worked with my schedule. Overall a good experience.

Description of Work: They did a great job of coming when they said they would and gave me all my options before I decided on what to do. When I decided to purchase the unit, I had a short window I could work with and the installation team actually stayed at my house until 10:30 at night to get my system running because my family would have been stuck in a tough spot with the heat and humidity of that day. It was very hot and we would have had to go to a hotel if they did not get the unit running. Very professional.

Description of Work: They check and cleaned air condition unit. The filter was really dirty and I put a new filter in after the cleaning and everything worked like it was new. I'd tell anyone to call them for service. Really pleased.

I would like to greatly apologize for the the lack of satisfaction with this call. I believe there may have been a communication error. My assistant got confused when the customer called, upon the customer saying that OCM offered these electrical services on Angie's List my assistant said stated that she was sorry and asked for the customer's name. This person then hung up. Again I am very sorry for the irritation that was experienced. I know the customer expects to be able to call and have their needs met expeditiously. It was an honest mistake on our dispatcher's part, we appreciate your business, and we look forward to working with you in the future! :)
