+ -1 moreThat was quite expensive. The electric company had to come out and inspect it because it was going to be on a separate meter. The electric company had to come out, take a look at it and approve it. The electric guy said, 'Who did this for you? Did you do it yourself?' And my husband said, 'No, Singleton did it'. And he says, 'Well, I don't even have to look. I know the quality of his work'. So he does excellent work but he is just so overworked. You can't always count on him following through on making an appointment because people will call up and say it is an emergency. There is a lot of elderly people that he will take care of first which doesn't make him a bad person at all, but it just really makes it hard to employ him. You don't know whether or not he will show up when he says that he will. He is a good guy, it is just that he is overworked. Everybody wants him at the same time. It isn't his fault, it is just that we are in need of more electricians in the area, that do good work.
Description of Work: He was doing electrical work. He had to wire the entire pole barn.

+ -1 moreOverall they never called me back. I let them know that I had tried to install the toilet myself and had run into problems so they knew I was in deseperate need and still they did not call me back.
Description of Work: I contacted them about installing a toilet and sink in my bathroom. The lady that answered the phone was polite and said that no one was in at the time, but she would have them call me when they got in. No one ever called.
