WIDMER'S

The cleaner arrived on time, was very professional and did a very good job. We have three cats and there are often cat-related spots and Widmers does a great job getting them out.

I've used them twice and I was very happy both times. We have 3 cats so there are things that happen. I thought the price was really good. They gave us so many rooms for so much money but our house is much larger. They gave us a good price on all the additional. I think they used the 5 rooms for so much money twice on our house. The service was really good. They worked well with my schedule and I was able to get in quickly both times.

there was 1 person and he was here about 90 minutes which seems to be about average on other times we have had our carpets cleaned. The rooms that were not too bad as far as spots or dirt cleaned up nicely. Our living room which gets the most wear and tear did not clean up as well as I would like. The high traffic areas could look better. And there were a few spots that didn't come up. I was not home at the time, my husband was and he really didn't pay attention to what they did. The gentleman did mark on the receipt that some spots didn't come up. I do appreciate him acknowledging the fact there were still some issues. However this is the first provider I have used that couldn't get out all of our spots. I would use them again, but would want to be home to call out my concerns.
