Description of Work: We called on the phone twice to confirm and was told that they would come out treat for, remove pests, and cover/close points of entry. They came out, we’re not there very long and did not cover any points of entry the technician told us that they do not do that Although we were told when scheduling that they do . We called customer service the next day and asked that someone return our call to discuss and no one called us back.

+ -1 moreWhile they did a good job at the agreed upon price they originally scheduled and the appointment needed to be rescheduled and when I spoke with Kevin they ended up coming out Wednesday of that week. Communication could have been better.
Description of Work: Nest of yellow jackets or bumble bees in old hay in barn.
