Another company that rhymes w firmenex never found where that rodents were entering... wanted to charge 1700 when Select Pest control came, showed me the rodents point of entry, set traps, showed how to seal the garage and filled the hole for 10% of the other company. Have only had the initial prevention and treatment but the crew is fantastic. Professional and transparent. Only time will tell if it was truly worth it but recommend them if you’re looking at options!

The gentleman that reviewed my problem explained to me that it was caused by carpenter ants and not wasps. He informed me that carpenter ants mature into a winged form that is very similar to a wasp. He sprayed an insecticide powder into the opening in the porch structure to kill the nest. He concluded his visit by showing me that there was a moisture condition in the wood structure that should be investigated. His knowledge and customer service were excellent.

AND also told me about problem ants that I didn't even know about! So I am going to hire them again!

They set up an appointment, and never showed up. I took off the morning from work to be home. Wasted time and money.

Carol took the time to listen to my concerns, walk around the outside of my house and suggested preventative measures.

The technion they sent out was amazing! The only thing I didn't like was that they ran my credit card through for full payment prior to the service being done. The salesman told me they wouldn't run it until the day of service, that was not the case.
