The workers were messy,got cement on my front door,and screens and doors in sunroom,didn't put back table etc on pato,,took my husband and I about a hour to clean and replace those articles mentioned.

If the project had worked out, it would have been a great value. Unfortunately the company was over-ambitious about solving our problem which was a yellowjacket wasp nest high up along our roofline & within the wall, resulting in many yellowjackets somehow having access & coming into that bedroom. By phone, the staff were responsive and pleasant. We scheduled the initial evaluation for Monday but the technician was a no-show. The office staff were very apologetic and waived the inspection fee of $65 (which would have gone towards the total job cost of $150-$170 if we hired them). I really appreciated them "owning" the problem. At the rescheduled evaluation (Wednesday) the technician said their ladders wouldn't reach high enough, but that we could rent a lift for him to use. I confirmed this with someone in the main office. Someone from the main office was supposed to call to confirm the appointment first thing Thursday, but they didn't, so I had to call them because I wasn't going to rent a lift if I wasn't sure the technician would be coming to do the job! Once I reconfirmed the appointment time that day, we rented the lift for 3 hours at a cost of almost $400 (including delivery). However, when the technician came back that day to do the job, he had no idea how to operate the lift and in fact had never used one before!! So he left again with the job still undone. He also arrived with essentially NO protective equipment (other than a breathing mask he had also never used before) to deal with a large quantity of yellowjackets, which do sting and can become aggressive when provoked. It seemed irresponsible on the company's part not to provide protective equipment for their employee. The professionalism of the company has gone downhill as the week wore on ... there has been no follow-up call to attempt to reschedule AGAIN (no thanks!!), inquire into the situation, apologize, etc. Very disappointing. The technician was very polite and professional acting but because he & his company misled us about their ability to use a lift, this ultimately turned into a long and potentially very expensive setback in dealing with an increasingly urgent problem as new yellowjackets invade the room daily and my son has been stung several times already. We feel the company should reimburse us for the lift rental that went unused, but I'm not holding my breath. I realize our situation is relatively unusual, but the fact remains that a pest control company should not promise to do something, at the homeowner's huge expense and inconvenience, that it is not actually qualified/prepared to do.

All agents I dealt with were extremely friendly and professional. The offer of year round treatment was mentioned but never pressured. The service man knew his ants and knew what product to use. I would definitely call them again if needed.

They were timely, professional and knowledgeable. They have a quarterly program that perfectly fits my needs. They also seem to understand when I explain that I am seriously arachnophobic. So far no bug problems.

Joe came early but called first. He was efficient and friendly. The price was fair based on what the other companies wanted. Also the guarantee was better than what the other companies offered.

Prompt and explained the procedure. This was for boxelderbeetles that others said they could not get rid of. Said to call if they came back and they would reapply at not charge.

This was a Termite inspection required for a home loan. Very affordable. Did not try to sell unneeded services. very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Made a few comments on existing carpenter bee signs and how to address them. Would use their services if ever needed.
