They called to schedule a visit immediately. The man who came out (I forget his name) was very helpful and professional. They dusted the area where the yellow jackets I needed destroyed were coming in and out of my home's siding. Ultimately, I may end up having to call them back (was told it'd be free), because the yellow jackets are still a problem.

They use two hour windows in which to show up. They were backed up the day we had them but they arrived and did a great job.

We have seen a lot of ants upstairs and don't think it was sprayed :(

The company called me promptly; the serviceman was on time. He was polite, and informative. He explained what he was going to do, and even answered all my questions regarding the product they use to kill carpenter bees.

So far 90% of the carpenter bees are dead, but I have 2 more treatments scheduled with this provider.
