The called me quickly and set a convenient time. Called when on the way and quickly took care of issues for a fair price. Not the cheapest quote, but they were the most responsive and professional.

Both the owner, Mark, and his technician, Ken, arrived promptly as arranged. Application was just made yesterday so I can't rate overall effectiveness of the treatment at this time.

They were supposed to be there at 10:30 and did not show. At 11:30 I called to see why they did not show. I was told that the man coming's car had broken down and that he was still coming, but no one called to let us know this. I eventually had to leave to be somewhere at 12:30 and luckily my husband didn't have anything else to do and he can wait. Also when they came the cost was more than quoted. It also seems like they were more expensive than I thought they would be for what they ended up doing. I also saw one insect after the treatment. However the service person was professional when they finally came.

Had a robin nest on our porch light by the front door. Select Pest Control came as scheduled, was attentive, discussed options, and quickly finished the job. Professional and courteous. Will use them again.

Professional and knowledge are my biggest pet peeve. I would recommend Select Pest control to all my friends. First time I used was for a Bed Bug problem and my technician Kevin explained everything to me and guarantee that he would do the best service out there for me. He treated the whole house. When Select left it like they was never even their and the price was $300 compare to other companies that was a steal.

Although there were some miscommunication, the women in the office followed up with me and it was straightened out. Joe is awesome! He explained everything to me when he got to my house. He definitely knew what he was talking about. When it comes down to it the job got done right and at a very good price; Better than good. I don't know of any other company that would have done the job this efficient for what I paid. It was VERY affordable and I believe even for those who have a bug problem and think they do not have the money, they will work with you to make it affordable. Customer service is awesome!

I found a hornet's nest and called for removal. The price was VERY reasonable (more than $100 less than other quotes). The agent setting up the appointment was very courteous and friendly. She said an agent would be out within 24-48 hours. She called an hour later to tell me someone was on the way!! The agent/technician removed the nest, cleaned the area, and was professional and friendly.
