I have dealt with Terminix for years and was much happier with the service provided by Select Pest Control. I had some rats get in the house and start wreaking havoc overnight. Select Pest came out the next day (Saturday), took the time needed to pinpoint the problem, and addressed it. Their rep was profession, friendly, and was willing to take the time needed to make sure he got it right.

I have to say, the customer service was by far some of the best I have ever experienced in dealing with home repairs. I hope that I can use their services in the future. As far as the cost is concerned, I'm not sure about how much bang came for the book. I was not actually able to use their pest control services, because they don't do the elimination that I need it. All of the staff that I came into contact with however, was responsive, courteous and helpful. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future and any other projects that may come my way.
