Everyone I have talked to or worked with have been professional and have many years of experience. Carol came to my home, as I requested, to examine the problem and give a free estimate. One of the big name companies would only give a free estimate over the phone, without visually seeing the situation. And the big name s cost was 60% more for the first treatment.
