The prices were far below the competition for the work performed. He not only opened the hole up in the ground and treated it with powder he also removed the yellow jacket nest. There was still some activity two hours after he left but none since then. I would highly recommend this company.

I decided to switch from a company that was just inspecting. This company recommended treating with a preventative solution. I am no expert in this area, but the worker who came seemed to pump the solution all around the foundation of the house. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful. The company owner actually came the first time to answer my questions and explain what they offered.

I had a very busy day and had to leave. The tech was very good about communicating with me, since he was going to be earlier than expected, which I agreed to. He did the outside and waited for me as I rushed to get to the house. He was patient. I do feel it was a little expensive for the minimum work done. He baited some ants and sprayed around everything. I can say I do not see the ants anymore. They are based near Cincinnati and have quite a drive to get to my house. I am not sure why home advisor would pair me with a company so far. Overall, it was a good experience.

The guy came back twice and nothing happened with all the stuff he did. We had previously purchased some traps from the store a those worked better and more consistently than what the *professional* provided. The guy was nice, but not sure what was done worked.
