Schumacher roofing was very quick to help. They contacted me the next day, I sent pictures and they came and fixed my ridge vent the next day and they stayed in contact with me on time frame and after it was repaired. The associate also did a check on the roof and fixed a few other minor issues and showed me the pictures. I highly recommend this company.

Jim and Josh were total professionals. Quick service and excellent workmanship. Will definitely hire again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful! It was done in 2 days flat, the crew was very nice and cleaned up better than it looked before! The owner of the company, Jim, spent a lot of time with me in person, phone calls, texts, as I was nervous about putting a roof on during the winter but I needed the leaking to stop. He was patient, kind, and understanding. He even agreed to come back in June to personally inspect the roof to make sure all the shingles adhered when it got warmer! His attention to detail was awesome! You will be very happy if you hire this company!

This review is long over due but kept it on my very busy schedule and didn't want to miss letting people know how happy we are with our new roof. Our roof had some storm damage at the end of October and was aging. Jim came out to look at the roof and pointed out the storm damage and worked with our insurance adjuster on the replacement. Quickly all things were in place and Jim's staff was here ripping off the old roof and applying the new. The replacement was completed within one day and his staff was very professional, did a great job and made sure that everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. Needless to say we are very happy with Schumacher Roofing and would call Jim again and recommend his company to anyone needing a new roof or repairs, give him a call.

Schumacher Roofing is possibly the most professional contractor I've ever dealt with. From the get-go, Jim is responsive to calls and takes the time to educate you on the process, which I think is huge-- an educated consumer is the best type of consumer. He's flexible on scheduling, he brainstorms ideas with you and is thorough and honest. His crew was efficient and did great work. As an aside, something I thought was very impressive is that he doesn't subcontract, he keeps his same crew year-round, and he plans his schedule so that they have indoor work through the winter. I was so impressed with that because it shows he cares about his crew and thinks ahead. That's not something you find very often these days. Call Jim, you won't regret it.

I found Jim on the internet and within 10 minutes of submitting my information I get a personal phone call from Jim himself. He explained the entire process (with the insurance claim) and I did next to nothing. He took care of all of the paperwork and insurance claim. His roofing crew was very nice and they worked fast with great quality. The roofing crew showed up at 7:30am like planned and got right to work. The new roof was installed and the yard was SPOTLESS by 5pm. Jim came out that day to verify the work was done and we were pleased with the work that was completed. He had his drywall guy come out that weekend and he was awesome as well, you couldn't tell he was even there. If I move and need a new roof or drywall work Jim will be the first I call. A+++

Jim (the owner) was the first to contact me, and one of the nicest guys I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. From our first phone call, till the final payment, Jim was on top of it. His crew completely took off my old roof and had the new one on in a day and a morning. I went with Jim because I felt comfortable and trusting of him with such a big expense. Unbelievably well. Most contractors I have dealt with over many years operate on their schedule. Mr. Schumacher clearly understood what needed to be done and got it done RIGHT the first time. I have the piece of mind knowing that I will not have a problem with my roof for a very long time.
