+ -1 moreKATHY ALWAYS COMMUNICATES WELL WITH US ABOUT WHEN THEY WILL BE HERE. SHE AND FAMILY MEMBERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY, HARD-WORKING AND PROFESSIONAL. THE CARPETING IS NEVER DRENCHED. I WAS ALWAYS UNHAPPY WITH OTHER PROFESSIONAL CLEANINGS BECAUSE THE SPOTS CAME BACK. THEY DO A GREAT JOB!
Description of Work: KATHY AND FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE HAD A BUSINESS ('ON THE SIDE') OF CARPET CLEANING. THEY HAVE CLEANED OUR CARPETS FOR MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS. THE HARDEST WORK IS DONE BY HAND. THEN, THEY USE THE SUDS ONLY TO WASH THE ENTIRE CARPET. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASE WITH THEIR WORK. WE PAID $95 TO HAVE 3 LARGE ROOMS CLEANED.
