Description of Work: Jeff painted two walls and also painted our steps. We had just put down new hardwood steps but the risers needed to be painted. Jeff took care of both and trimmed around the steps.

Description of Work: I am only responding to this survey, because this is the third time I have received one. I did not respond to the first two, because the reason for my dissatisfaction was not due to the quality of the work performed, since no work was performed. Very simply, we did not move forward with this vendor, because after reviewing the job on-site, and being presented with a detail scope of work we wanted accomplished, the vendor would not put down in writing, how much painting they would actually accomplish for the 40 hours of painting purchased as part of the Angie's List deal. As it seemed to us, that professional house painters, who provide estimates/proposals routinely, should be able to quantify the amount of work able to be performed, within a certain time frame paid for, we became uneasy with this vendor. What the vendor did not seem to appreciate, is that had he done as we requested, we would most likely have paid him extra to complete aspects of the job that were more than the allotted 40 hours.

Description of Work: I bought a painting package ($999 for 40 hours of painting, inside or out), but when I contacted Mr. Milbauer a little over a month later he informed me he was only doing painting inside. I contacted Angie's list and obtained a full refund. No explanation was provided why Mr. Milbauer no longer did outside painting.

Description of Work: Jeff prepped and painted our family room, kitchen and two stair wells with two coats of flat latex paint. Our family room is approximately 17x16'and the kitchen is approximately 12x15'. They look beautiful!

Description of Work: Jeff pressured washed the entire house including the gutters, then caulked and painted the trim on the entire house. He used primer where needed and additional coats where needed because the original builder had used an inferior paint and had even left some areas unpainted. He also took down, cleaned and reinstalled a fabric window awning and put stain on a portion of our deck roof that was only accessible by ladder.

Description of Work: Jeff and his assistant pressure washed an exterior area of our house that was very mildewed and dirty. They were very thorough and also pressure washed outdoor items in that area that were "mossy" and mildewed.

Description of Work: Jeff cleaned (powerwashed), primed, and painted the exterior trim of our home. Some areas required sanding, which he did. While power washing the second story, he also cleaned out debris from our gutters. One particular board had no paint on it because the old paint had weathered off. Jeff applied two coats of primer and several coats of paint on that board to help protect it. He seemed to care about satisfying the customer.
