+ -1 moreThe owner was nice during the day of the work and throughout the bid process. However, the job they did was completely unacceptable. The driveway is now MORE unlevel than it was before. Additionally, the burm they created is almost 6" tall and looks horrible. They dug down on the side that was too high but then built it up higher than it was before. They left tar balls all over the part of the driveway that was not impacted and got tar on our retaining wall. We called the owner three times to let him know that he did not fulfill what he had promised and made our driveway worse. But, he has yet to call us back (one month later.)
Description of Work: A previous contractor put in our driveway and it was not level. We are installing a wide gate and had a 12" slope from one end of the driveway to the other. We hired Hall's to level the driveway. We discussed that they would dig down on the side that was too high and put a slight burm on the side that was too low to level it out.
