GenMac Restoration did an excellent job for my customer. They found the source of his mold and then thoroughly remediated the entire basement including encapsulation. I highly recommend.

Amazing service! In a new age when decent customer service is so often difficult to find; this company surpassed all expectations. I've been battling & trying to determine a long term health condition & became suspicious of mold toxicity. I reached out online & was contacted within hours, explained my suspicions & health issues then Brian was onsite performing investigation & testing within 2 hours of our call. I was in the very beginning stages of remodeling my father in laws house. I saw something in the kitchen that worried me. I called to find out if I possibly had a problem and I was given advice as what I could do. Brian was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Upon taking his advice, I found that there might be more of an issue and I called him right away. Literally within 45 minutes he was at my door and said that yes I did. He figured out the solution and by the weekend the work was done. He and his team were on time, thorough and gave a great result for a great price. I would definitely recommend GenMac and use them again.
