CINCINNATI GASLITE INC

My wife and I had a number of issues that had surfaced on our gas logs for our living room. I had called multiple area listed service providers, and none of them were able to assist with our issues. After speaking with a different firm, I asked if they knew any trusted experts in the metro Cincy area that could troubleshoot and service our gas logs? They directed me to contact Cincy Gas Lite Inc. That was one of the best decisions I have made in years! I called and spoke with Jim, their service manager, and he was absolutely outstanding. he patiently walked me through several troubleshooting steps I was able to take over the phone, and ultimately helped me resolve our issues without even needing a home service visit. That alone saved us hundreds of dollars. We will 100% be brining our business to them in the future!

Great We called the week of Christmas because we had family coming in and the fireplace wouldn't stay lit. We thought there would be no way to get service the week of Christmas but Jim the serviceman called promptly and told us he could fit us in.but it would be early in the morning. That was no problem for us as we were so happy that he could get us scheduled. Jim was a little late but he did call us to let us know and sincerely apologized. That was ok with us because so many service providers show up late and never have the courtesy to call and inform us. Jim got there and was very pleasant and courteous. He got right to work and explained to me everything he was doing and taught me the proper way to care for our fireplace. Jim took his time and cleaned the entire fascia spotless. It looked like a new fireplace by the time he got done. The reason it wouldn't stay lit was because the pilot was clogged. He cleaned it out and looked up on the internet the exact way the logs were supposed to be arranged. He also lined all the embers up so it would burn properly. Jim did a GREAT job!!! When he got done the fireplace worked fantastic!! We were able to enjoy our fireplace throughout the Christmas holidays' I can think of nothing he could have done better. I plan on calling Gaslight for regular maintenance and hope to get Jim again...

On October 16th, I received a call from Donna asking if they could come by before the work day at 7am to do the maintenance work. I stated that it would not work, but 8am would be reasonable. Donna stated that she would call back, but never did. I left a message on the 18th in the morning. There was no response. I called again on the 20th and there was no answer. I have since booked a service appointment with another provider as Cincinnati Gaslite has been non-responsive.

They came out as promised. They were prompt and very efficient. They took care of the problem. I would recommend them to others needing help with their Weber Gas Grill.

They knew what they were doing. They were professional and I would use them again.

I called and received a price for installation that was quite a bit under two plumbing companies that I contacted. I asked to have the service department call to set up an appointment. Two or three days later, I was contacted by Jack and we set up a time for the following week. He gave me a one hour window, and when he realized he would be a few minutes late, he called to let me know. Jack and Steve were very professional. They made sure there was no mess and fully explained how to work the system. I was very pleased.
