 + -1 moreThey've got great locks, fixtures, doorknobs. We need to do seven doors next at our house and we will go there to get fourteen knobs. They have got pretty good hours. They have some time on saturdays. The quality is excellent. You can walk in if you need a key and get it right there. They're delightful, and great parking! It is expensive but you are getting great stuff.

Description of Work: Need to have a deadbolt replaced and the opening for the deadbolt altered so the door would lock smoothly. Called Bonded lock and booked an appointment. The service person arrived with the correct replacement, removed the old lock, installed the new lock, adjusted the lock opening including the metal band, and reviewed his work to make sure it was working properly. The work was done efficiently and at a reasonable price.

 + -1 moreHE CAME OUT, RE-KEYED THEM AND LEFT. THE NEXT DAY, THE FRONT DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK. HE CAME OUT AND REPAIRED IT. THE FOLLOWING NIGHT, ANOTHER DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK AND I HAD TO CALL HIM AGAIN. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT AT 1 PM AND HE DIDN'T COME OUT UNTIL 4PM. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT WITH THE SPACE BETWEEN THE DOOR, THIS LOCK WOULD NOT WORK. HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME IN THE FIRST PLACE THAT I WOULD NEED A DEADBOLT INSTEAD. I ENDED UP PAYING AN UNNECESSARY $40 ON THAT ONE LOCK.
Description of Work: I CALLED TO HAVE THEM RE-KEY THREE LOCKS FOR ME.
