They had a very positive attitude which is right. They're personable, great to talked to, polite and they knew what they're doing. They can easily act to many questions that we had. I would use them again in the future.

Great. The technicians from Arlinghaus are true professionals. They arrive promptly, work efficiently, and always exceed my expectations. I bought a yearly contract from them which will save me money on any future service calls.

It couldn't have gone better. Arlinghaus was the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with - ever! They were knowledgeable, courteous, respectful - and they cleaned up after them selves. They adjusted their time of installation to fit with my schedule - which meant they had to work till 8:30 pm to complete the job - all without an attitude! I don't know what kind of training they provide for their employees but it is excellent! Service couldn't be better.

Arlinghaus called me to set up the appt as I have an annual contract with them to service my a/c and furnace. They arrived on time, were professional and respectful of my house, time and property. Explained what they did, advised of additional service needs and associated costs. Very impressed with the service person.

I would give this company more than 5 starts or better than an A+ if possible. This is the BEST contractor/company I have ever dealt with. As a single woman, I have had numerous contractors take advantage of me. This company did not. Arlinghaus salesman, RC Rogers, was beyond reproach as was the installer, Ben. The office staff was extremely friendly too. Mr. Rogers (salesman) informed me that my air conditioner should be removed from under my deck as it did not have enough clearance to run properly. The others told me it could stay where it was because it cost too much to move since I was on a budget. Besides their honesty, extra work in moving the air conditioner, along with exceptional customer service, Arlinghaus came in under bid of other HVAC companies AND the interest rate for the loan was lower than others

jake came and serviced both inside and outside units, cleaning and testing them. He was thorough and did a detailed inspection and servicing.

Installation took only 1 day; the servicemen were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable; and they cleaned up after they finished. I was very impressed with the service I received.

They installed our heating and air unit two years ago. I'm writing this review to highlight their customer service. We are in the process of selling our home and an inspector noted a small issue with the original install. We called them and our original sales person called us back within 24 hours. Later that week he came out and apologized and addressed the issue free of charge. He even included pictures to send to the inspector. Keep in mind this was two years after their original work.

The installers were efficient and professional.

Great! No more static or dry air! No fuss, no muss and great service, as before when they installed our new HVAC in October 2013.

They did a fantastic job and they did it as soon as they could. We had no issues with them

Mike White is great to work with. It wasn't until I asked Arlinghaus to come back to my house to provide a quote on moving vents and the new thermostat I actually met the man. The heating, AC and new thermostat Arlinghaus installed work great. I received a call earlier this month from them to schedule my 1 year maintenance on the furnace. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Arlinghaus Heating and Air Conditioning were okay. They weren't sure if they wanted to install a high efficiency furnace for me. I went to another company, got an estimate from the company and had them do the work before Arlinghaus Heating and Air Conditioning ever got back to me with their quote. Their salesman was a salesman and knew very little about installation.

Arlinghaus provided fast, high quality service for our malfunctioning heating system. They showed up on time, were very professional and seemed to be highly qualified. Yes, I would definitely use them again.

The estimator was very professional and thorough. He arrived on time and provided me with all of his credentials certifying that he was there on behalf of the company. The estimate he provided was very thorough and he took the time to explain all of the details. Although I did not choose to go with Arlinghaus, I would consider using them in the future for similar projects.

Excellent service. Old system was evaluated and two recommendations for a new system were provided. Since old system was not operable, we were provided with portable air conditioning at no charge until the new system was installed. Installation of new system was done as promised. After installation, our representative returned to balance the system room to room. We now have even heat and air throughout all the rooms in the house.

While working in the basement my husband and I noticed that our gas furnace was cycling improperly and the burners were only remaining on for a few seconds at a time. As a major snow/ice event was forecast for the next day we decided it was a good idea to try to get a service professional out to evaluate the furnace asap, even though it was just past 5pm. I called Arlinghaus and Mark arrived at our home, diagnosed a problematic flame sensor and repaired the issue. The total time from my initial phone call to repair completion was just over one hour! Wow! I'll certainly use Arlinghaus in the future, service just doesn't get much better than this.

I called on a Friday afternoon and technicians were out to do a diagnostic within an hour. Once they determined that the unit needed to be replace their salesperson was out that evening to discuss which units would be appropriate for the size of our house. This was all done on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. We were given a portable A/C unit to keep the main floor cool until they could install a new A/C on the Tuesday after Labor Day. Since it was a holiday, they had to drive and pick up our unit from the distributer so that they would get it in time to install it on Tuesday. Everyone that we interacted with at Arlinghaus were extremely professional. We would definitely use their services again.

It went very well. We were expecting a much larger bill for a lot more extensive work, but were pleased that it was not as serious as we expected, therefore, not as expensive.

I knew we made the right decision when we chose Arlinghaus. Very impressed with Arlinghaus staff. They came to our rescue when the old system quit working (first heat wave of the summer). They dropped off an a/c unit so that we would get some relief. Everyone from Carrie, Nick, Gary, Anthony and Dave were wonderful! Very professional and personable. At the end of a long, hot 9+ hr day, Anthony and Dave stayed to answer our questions and show us how the system works, they weren't in a hurry to rush out and that showed their commitment to us, top quality work ethic!! This is an example of how a business should be. I recommend them without question!

My first contact was for an estimate. Their sales rep was very professional. He spent time to get the detail necessary to make sure that the system would be properly sized for efficiency and comfort. I then timely received a detailed bid for the cost to do the work. After agreeing to the work it was timely scheduled for installation. The crew doing the work was professional. They worked hard and consistently throughout the installation. There were numerous instances of them going the extra mile to make sure it was a complete installation. One example is they sealed all of the joints in my exposed ductwork to minimize air leaks. Another is they returned a month after the installation to check the air flow to maximize the comfort in all levels of my house. So far everything is working perfectly. From my experience with the installation I have all of the confidence they will stand behind their work if something goes wrong. I highly recommend Arlinghouse Heating and Air Conditioning

I arrived home from work to find that my A/C unit was not working and the house temp was up to 85. After thinning of what companies I could remember hearing ads for, etc. I went to Angie's list to confirm some names and start making calls. Arlinghaus was one of them. Left message of need for service with receptionist/person who answered the phone (It was about 6pm when I called). They contacted the technician who called me back within 15-20 minutes. He (Jake) got info about the problem and was out to my house in ~ 10-15 more minutes. He diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor and replaced it. Then worked with the unit until it restarted (had to cool it down with water a few times since it was stuck from being overheated all day). He also noticed that there was debris in my air intake flue for the furnace. He checked on this and there was a birds nest in the pipe. He removed the nest as much as he could (they were in pretty deep and it takes a turn in the wall of the house). Told me to not turn on the heater until this was checked again and fully cleaned out to avoid damage to the furnace. I inquired about service contracts from them and he gave me info. I decided to purchase a 1yr service/maintenance contract with them.

It went very well. They were able to come the following day. They already knew from what we told them that we probably needed to have a new one so they came and gave us an estimate. We worked everything out. We did the financing. We got it installed the following day. They were very professional. They contacted us twice to make sure everything was working well and that we understood how to operate the new thermostat. They were very polite and nice. Their price was pretty much what I expected.

Arlinghaus was one of 6 companies I had bid on replacing my 20 year old heat pump. The salesman was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He took detailed measurements of each room and window in my house. He was the only one of the 6 that said that he actually did a Manual J calculation to size the replacement unit. Arlinghaus was second on price for comparable equipment and were going to do everything I asked, including measuring CFM at each register and balancing the system after it was installed. I was set to go with them until I read reviews on Angie's list detailing some less than desirable experiences with their post sales/post installation customer support. I sent them a detailed email letting them know that their actions in a couple of bad reviews blew this sale for them.
