This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They absolutely tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone and NEVER follow through. Dealing with them was a 4 month process to replace a compressor that was under warranty.

It really went well. The repairman came when he said he would but actually diagosed the problem correctly over the phone. The repair required a part that had to be ordered but he stayed on top of the order and came by after hours at no charge to replace the old part when the new one came in. Also he did not have to have intricate directions to find my house (we live in the country). The cost was very reasonable and it helps to have repairmen that are familar with the area for a number of reasons. We end up dealing with businesses that are in Louisville (approx. 20 miles away) sometimes and there are a lot of hassles when they find out we are out in the country. I would recommend these guys if you live in Oldham, Shelby, Henry or Trimble counties.

We called and got Mrs. DeVary(apparently this is a small outfit). She took our name and number and promised that Mr. DeVary would call us back. When he hadn't done so after 3 days, we called again. Again Mrs. DeVary answered, promised to pass on the information again and have him call back. After 2 weeks of fruitless waiting, we finally gave up on DeVary and went with another, more responsive HVAC contractor.
