flooring contractor, home remodeling
+ 0 moreWell I described how it went in the upper box.But I needed to have my kitchen floor regrouted and sealed,and it end up being a DISASTER!!!!
Description of Work: The first they,jared call to say that they would be late, So it was decided that we would wait until the next day.The day the one person showed up,and he was late,he got at 0930, and then went to lunch at 1130.This was to be a one day job.there was just one person doing most of the time.He smoke breaks countless of Times,there were times when another person would show up,that would be standing out on our lawn smoking cigarettes and thumping them in our hedges. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!Well when he finally c consider the job was done.I was told to wait 48 hours before we mop.48hrs later there was hard dried on the tile making it very difficult for us to removed.The floor actually looks worse than it did before they did the mess they did.It took them from Wednesday to Friday to do such a LOUSY JOB! Jared Keeton was never there. Once they were finished they dumped their chemical dirty water into our lawn,the grass is white stained.Hey no to mention how much dust was all thru out the house.it seems like they could have covered up our appliances,or even ask us to do it. So now we have to either pay some one to get the grout off the tile or get whole new floor. I will be taking some legal actions.
