Description of Work: Vessel’s Roofing did an excellent job. Our roof looks great. The crew was polite and they were thorough about cleaning everything up afterwards. Absolutely no mess left behind.

Description of Work: Repair roof leak they guaranteed not to leak.

Description of Work: They replaced a valley section of roofing shingles on my home to fix a leak. They wrote on their receipt "Guaranteed not to leak". The roof still leaked, so I asked them to come back out to investigate. It took numerous calls with promises of, "I'll be there Wednesday, etc". He did finally return in March 2012 (a year later!). He went up on the roof to look, but left without talking to my wife about what was needed to repair it. I called him and he said that the leak was now in a different location. I scheduled to have him come back to perform the repairs. However, we went right back to the same issue of failing to show up after repeated calls. I finally asked if he was just too busy to perform the repairs and he said that he was. A couple days later he was driving through our neighborhood and asked my wife if she would like a free estimate on roof repairs due to recent high winds and thunderstorms! I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. He responded that he would give me a full refund on the work he performed and the BBB closed the case. That was on 28 March. It is now 15 May and I have not seen any refund or been contacted in any way. He has performed several other roof jobs in my neighborhood during this time. So, I came here to Angie's List to find a roofing contractor with good reviews and have scheduled to have them repair our roof. I will report back once that work is performed.
