Originally we would give them an "A" because they had a gal that cleaned and she was wonderful. But one time, they came in and I wasn't home. They didn't even do the kitchen. They also put something on the hardwood floors that made them kind of "filmy". The manager and the owner was going to take care of fixing the floor, but they never did.

They aren't the best. The ones that come here are usually friendly. They won't lift the area rug to clean the hardwood floors under it. They don't put any muscle into cleaning the hardwood floor. We have three doggy pads in the living room and if we don't pick them up, they won't. They say they aren't supposed to move anything. They will be here this month.
Description of Work: Molly Maid of Hardin County cleans my house once a month.

They come about once a month. They could do everything better. I think the scheduler is a littler screwed up. There is nobody else around here we can trust.

Description of Work: Cleaned appliances Clean the windows Floors Bathrooms Door trim window trim | They didn't. not clean the window sill because they never took out the screens and I had to go back and clean the screens by taking them out of the windows and also clean around the framess .of the window myself | Could have worked faster

Have used the co. for approx. 3 years. Same workers each time but varying results each time. Used foreign cleaner on hardwood floors owner did nothing to correct it. They don't move furnature or such to vaccum rugs or to clean hardwood floors.
