VERY detailed cleaning. Yes, she is pricey, but even I cannot get our home this clean. Good communication most of the time. Under current contract.

My wife called them for an estimate and she said she will be over on Weds to look at the house and give an estimate. She never showed up and no phone call! I can't believe someone can run busy like this and still be in business!

She is very good. They did the kitchen and the floors very well. They clean the stove top very well.

Only company to respond. Called several others on Angies list and either got voicemail and no response. Did an excellant job on a very short notice. called them on Friday, and they cleaned our place on monday.

IN COMPARISON WITH THE PERSON I USUALLY USE IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE AND THE WORK WAS NOT AS GOOD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL BUT THEY JUST WANTED TO GET THE JOB DONE AND GET OUT.

I have just checked this report, 15 Nov 2010, I checked my records and pulled this address up on mapquest. I have never cleaned this home. There is another Ladybug Cleaning in Louisville that may have had this account. That rate that was posted is actually less than I charge for four hours of cleaning.
