Description of Work: Unblocked my kitchen sink that clearly had a deep clog years old that other plumbers had not taken care of when they came out! Eric was awesome!!!!

Description of Work: Installed dishwasher, replaced existing galvanized lines in basement and replaced existing lines in gutted bathroom. There are a couple of nit picky things I could mention but as a whole they did a good job and I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They replaced all the old water lines with pecs and installed a new water heater. The Guys were very nice, worked, and kept every thing as clean as they could. I did not have to clean up after them! or tell them to clean up after themselves and for that they get an A+.

Description of Work: Supposedly fixed leak under kitchen sink. We had to buy a new kitchen faucet. After replacing faucet hot water valve had to be replaced because of low hot water pressure. Two days ago we had water under the kitchen sink again. Will wait until we can find the culprit before calling the plumber.

Description of Work: I advised Hornback that they had replaced my water lines, in their entirety, from the water meter to every connection within my house back in 2009 and that I was pleased with their work. I then told them that since my kitchen remodel (January 2013) where I changed from a two drain sink to a one drain sink that I was having problems with standing water and an eventual draining of the sink maybe an hour later. I explained that I needed some sort of vent to relieve the pressure and allow for immediate drainage after running the kitchen faucet or emptying a sink full of dishwater. They acknowledged that they understood and that they would come out prepared to correct the problem. Plumber arrived 15 minutes later than I was told they would. I had the first appointment of the day. In addition, the plumber had to leave the property to get the part that I mentioned earlier. I was concerned when the plumber was sawing PVC pipe with a hand saw on his leg approximately 6 inches over my wood laminate floors. I resolved my concern by providing old towels to lay out under the area in question. When it came time to settle up, the bill was approximately $70.00 higher as I was originally charged for the time it took for him to get the part from Home Depot or wherever he went. A common sense discussion occurred where he saw my point and adjusted the billing back to the initial service call, an hour of work, and parts. Description of Work: Told me septic needed to be pumped I ask for them to snake it they said no it just needed to be pumped called Hardin co septic to pump it, they came out and said my pipe was closed up septic was fine. Took a stick and unclogged it water flowed fine... It needed to be snaked so I got two bills one from Hardin co septic who unclogged my pipe and one from horn back pluming in which just could have done what I asked but didn't just said I needed to be pumped and handed me a bill for $78

Description of Work: We used Hornback Plumbing LLC. I had them out here last March and they installed a water line to my new refrigerator for the ice maker, that was a year ago this March. I also had them come out last 2012 and the fall, I think it's September, I had a leak and they came in, laid in a new line for me and then I had them out about 3 weeks ago to hook up my well line so that I could use the well water as well as my city water. The well water hook up was like a $1000 but it included everything, labor, parts, pumps, everything, and the pump alone did price $395. They gave us a 10% military discount because my husband was a military. They put in a new line running from our meter into the house and put in a new outside faucet line so we'll have water away from the house as well as at the house and that was roughly $800.

Description of Work: I had a stuffed up bathtub shower fixed by Hornback Plumbing LLC and they were really good.

Description of Work: Service tech was late getting to my home then couldn't even fix my problem. I was told he didn't have time to properly address my issue and that I would have to reschedule. Upon this I told him I would call and set up the appointment for later that week in the afternoon. I found another plumber to do my job and didn't call and schedule an appointment. That Friday afternoon they called me to tell me that they would be on their way to my appointment that I never made.

Description of Work: After hours drain cleaning. Very good for a good price.

Description of Work: I used Hornback Plumbing LLC to put in a sump pump for us. They did the work probably about eight months ago.

Description of Work: Water heater quit working. Called Hornback Plumbing Tuesday - 6/21 - morning and they had someone out to the house by that afternoon. They did a complete maintenance on the water heater for $155.00. Was very pleased with the services.
