+ -1 moreWithin a couple weeks of contracting the job, Diamond flooring was on the job. The owner, Jamie Lapresto, and his crew of two arrived on time each day and remained industriious the entire time on site. Jamie is a perfectionist ... in a good way. He double checks his plans in advance and follows up to be sure his crew has performed properly. There was a minor problem in the process that required adding an extra step. We were informed of the glitch quickly and given options to select. In the end ... The job was completed in good time (five days) ; the crew cleaned up after each day and the resulting floor is a truly quality job. Most important .... my wife is very happy.
Description of Work: We have a den (approximately 12' X 16") with a door leading to the back yard, one to the kitchen and another to the front foyer. It was carpeted over old linoleum tiles. Diamond gave us an estimate to take the floor down to the original tiles, and install a porcelain tile floor with a Nuheat Floor warming system underlay.

+ -1 moreDiamond Flooring is a perfectionist when it comes to making sure things are done right. The sub-contractors showed when they said they would. He knows who will be on time and do a good job.
Description of Work: They finished my basement and re-did my hardwood floors. Everything was spot on.

+ 0 moreThe work cost me around $10,000. I got what I paid for; it was definitely worth the money. They did a great job. They were great. They showed up on time and did what they said they would do. They went around the house and they found a leak that I did not know about. I had that fixed. They were subcontractors. They were very professional. I would use them again for my kitchen.
Description of Work: I had hardwood floors installed in my house by Diamond Flooring, a year ago. They also installed granite in the entryway. I had all the floors redone when I had moved in to my house. They redid all the wood floors. They tore out the old flooring and carpets. They also did painting job; they painted the interior of the house.
