Description of Work: I paid for 2 jobs for him to fix. After 2 months of "waiting for parts" and not being able to get a hold of him; I became fustrated with his care and it got to a point where he would not answer my calls and when he did once he just hung up on me. I have paid in him good faith and paid him quickly. I started to become suspicious last month when he called me and told me that my water line was leaking and the other 2 jobs were not done. I called for a second opinion and there was no water line leak.

+ -1 moreRobert came out quickly and went over our options. We had to cut a hole in the drywall so he could replace the pipe leading to the showerhead. The actual repair went smoothly, however he never came back to put a panel on the hole that he told me he had. There was a period of several weeks where we couldn't get Robert ut to patch the hole and I finally repaired the wall myself.
Description of Work: Replaced broken piping in shower.
