It went really well. I called on a Saturday morning not expecting to get an appointment until Monday at the earliest. They were ready and willing to be there as soon as I needed them. We made an appointment for 5:00pm the same day. They were prompt, friendly, educational and professional. I didn't get many details over the phone because I just wanted it fixed. He explained to me that he is paid a certain amount per hour + costs of materials. He got here at 5:00pm exactly, fixed the busted waterline, checked the rest of the house for leaks when we turned the water back on and was gone by 5:35pm. There was no waste of time!

I was in a really tight pinch when a valve on the back of my home froze up and my whole back yard was flooded. I needed some one quick. As a mother of 5 who works from home I was worried about what kind of person I would be letting in my house for hours until the problem was solved. I am so glad I called Jason. Not only was he prompt, knowledgeable and friendly, but he was so kind to my kids, careful to not mess up my house, and never once did he talk or act in any way that would make me or my kids uncomfortable. No cursing, colorful, or rude language or actions. After he was done fixing my valve he even let me know that I was having an issue with my furnace and let me know that he could help with that if I wanted to give him a call. I was sure to tell my husband and he agreed that we would use 3D in the future for all our Electric and Plumbing issues in our home. If you are looking for an affordable, friendly, knowledgeable plumber or electrician who doesn't cuss and is professional then 3D is for you.
