Description of Work: Water heater installed by another plumber too near ground. on a slope, partially below grade on one side. Heater would not stay lit. Mark dug it out and rebuilt grade side wall to keep ground water away.

Description of Work: Had a plumbing emergency and Mark came right away to take a look. He couldn't get to the broken pipe right away, but he cut off the water to the broken part to stop the leak immediately, and recommended an excellent builder to give us access to the broken pipe. Everything was fixed within a few days. I would definitely hire Mark again.
