Description of Work: Mr Sheene came to our house on Monday afternoon to check out our washer. He came back the next afternoon with the coupler he hoped would fix it but, unfortunately, didn't. He explained that meant the real issue was the clutch and that our washer was just too old to be worth the cost of repair. Instead of charging me for the multiple trips to our house, he agreed to take our old washer as payment. Having the old washer hauled up the basement steps for free in lieu of payment seemed like a great deal to me! Mr Sheene was professional and very friendly during the phone calls and visits to our house. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

+ -1 moreMr. Sheene was very helpful when I called him. Although he didn't work on the type of appliance that needed to be fixed, he had wonderful advice, very courteous and informative. Hopefully, I won't have any trouble with other equipment, however, if I do, I will call him.

+ -1 moreThe number I had been given by my daughter was for the brother where I had left the message and I called the other number listed and got the cell to finally connect. He had tried to leave me a message but had misdialed.( Not surprising as I had an out of state #) Got an appointment the next day once we connected with no problem. My daughter had used them on 2 occasions before for refrigerator repair once for freezer and was pleased. So we have 3 good experiences with them.
Description of Work: My washer was "smoking" and stuck full of water and I needed an ice maker installed in my new refrigerator. The pair arrived as scheduled and cleared the issue with the washer pump and got the new ice maker installed with no problem. The senior worked well with the younger trainee and were very professional.
