I got 18 months financing and saved 20%. The were very helpful in helping me find the materials I needed. The salespeople were very helpful and they had all the materials I needed. They had given me a free estimate on the roofing installation.

Lowes had to pull up the first floor and do it all again. The new Refrigerator was dented in the front during all the movement. I am still cleaning up glue from carpet, hardwood floor, and baseboards

, the men installing the windows and doors refused to put insulation where the windows and doors had large holes in them. I had to leave before the job was done for home sue to some emergency, and I was told they would do the work and was also instructed to give the money to Lowes for the job, when I returned several months after the insulation I was really surprised by the poor workmanship of the men that installed the windows and doors- the installing of the windows and doors where contracted out to a Chris Tubbs. The windows where not complete at all. I called and went to see the manager of the instulation process and was kind of treated like I was just another dumb women, to this very day they have not cleaned up the mess they where to order parts for the windowa that where missing and that hasnot been done. I have moved to this area and have done lots of improvement to this house and I refuse to do any other buying from Lowes of Murray Kentucky.

I purchased kitchen and dining room floor tile from Lowes and contracted with them for the installation at the end of September of 2011. The tile was laid the wrong way and the tile was laid unevenly. I told them I wanted it taken out and reinstalled correctly. They refused to tear out the tile but said they would take out the uneven tiles and replace them. This is about half of the tiles. As they tore out the bad tiles they chipped the adjoining tiles. The backer board is now cracked and broken down to the sub floor. It has been over three months and the job is still not done. There are more bad tiles that should still be torn out. I have no time of completion. I have complained to lowes and asked for a refund. They told me they are not in the business of doing free work. I will never use Lowes for anything else again. Their installer Mr. Sam Johnson does not appear to be professional floor guy. I have pictures and video is anyone wants to see the bad job. When I called the manager he told me it was my fault because I found the bad tiles and that I was not a flooring expert.
