+ -1 moreRon Pike performed our home inspection on short notice and did a great job. The report provided was detailed and professional. When our closing agent failed to include this fee in the closing, he was cooperative and friendly even though the fee should have been paid at least a month earlier.Will recommend the provider and we will be using his services again.

+ -1 moreThey are an excellent company. They submit their reports to me the next day by email in color. It makes it real easy to pass on to the contractors for work to be done. They both come to do the inspection and are always on time. I would highly recommend them.
