CENTRAL KENTUCKY PLUMBING

I run my own business, so I called all my clients I had scheduled for that day and rescheduled everyone. I don't hear anything from them until 3:50 pm when the lady calls to say they wouldn't be able to make it out today after all and could they come out tomorrow? I let her know I took a day off work to be here and her response was very non-concerned. As a business owner, I would never leave a customer waiting for almost 7 hours and then tell them I can't see them. Very unprofessional.

Central Kentucky was able to do what three plumming ageincies before them could not; solve an ongoing drainage program. They realized that my tub continued to back-up, not because of an interior problem, but because of an exterior problem. They dug up the exterior trap, snaked the drain from the yard back into the house, replace an ineffective outdoor trap and drained my bathroom tub. My yard hardly looks touched. And I have not had a problem since.

.Told the guy I probably had a vent problem as one toilet would bubble when the other one was flushed and vice versa. He went back to their place and got a powered snake and proceeded to clear the drain from the house to the sewer. Yes it was clogged. So then the popped 3 sewer tops to try and determine which one my house was on, once found they called the city to flush the line. While waiting on city personal the put a water ballon to try and flush from my end. During all this time the kept flushing one toilet then the other. Finally after mentioning yet again was probably a vent issue one of the guys climbs on the roof and looks in the vent pipe. He yells down to his partner yes there is water in the vent pipe. They packed up their stuff and left....I STILL HAVE A VENT PROBLEM AND AM OUT 450.00.

It went OK. Guys were nice and friendly. Did not move too fast but have seen worse. Were thorough and did clean up after themselves. Thought it was a little expensive but I am of the old school and think everything is too expensive. I would use them again.

I had water heater go out on a Sunday, this company had an emergency phone number for weekend work or advice. The man who called me back told me it could wait until Monday and to not pay the overtime rates. The lady at the company called before the men came to make repairs to let me know, so I could call my mother and let her know. They finished the job in good time, cleaned up most of there mess, made sure everything was working and the price for everything was reasonable, or at least I thought it was.
