Not well...I asked for 2 men and a truck but got 3 men which would have been fine if the one did anything but fold moving blankets. The owner spent 20 minutes on the phone while the other two stood around doing nothing. They are supposed to move heavy furniture but refused to move a trunk full of books. The owner actually used my move to train his very young employees so it took twice as long. They sold me plastic mattress protectors for 10 dollars a piece but failed to tell me they wanted them back because they reused them. I moved 5 minutes down the road and paid an extra 40 bucks for mattress protectors that were obviously used on someone else's mattresses first! Instead of 120 dollars an hour I paid 150 per hour and was charged another 5% for using a debit card. Total 711.00 for 4 hours work. I don't know how they are rated 5 stars when they don't even own their own moving truck and have to rent from Uhaul. Ugh! Very upset.
