Hired to do a house addition last year in Cynthiana. Slow to respond and seldomly showed up to the job site. THOUSANDS of dollars were required to repair/fix the work that they had “completed”. A year later and the house is just now comfortable again. DO NOT HIRE.

If their craftsmanship reflects on how they build deer blinds, I would stray away from this company. I bought 4 deer blinds from them over 2 months ago and all of the roofs leak, gaps between the walls and floor, floors warping due to roofs leaking. Julian keeps giving me the run around on these for over a month and will not come back to fix the leaks roofs and gaps between the walls and floors. I spent over $6k on these 4 blinds and the craftsmanship is not very good.

They are very easy to work with, extremely well priced and just do good quality work.

This company is totally inexperienced!!! Building code violations were numerous!!! Workmanship gaps and crooked cuts in our outside deck to numerous to count (awful) again workmanship! I do not understand how Home Advisor can advertise companies as pros! Not this company! I would think HA WOULD DO SOME BACK GROUND CHECK ON COMPANIES SUCH AS THIS??? My wife and I paid them over 7000.00 to refurbish our deck.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work, and got exactly what I paid for. Great value for the money, and Iâ m planning on using them for several other renovation projects in the future.

The flooring job was done with precision and expertise. They did not cut corners and every board was confirmed before it was installed. I was impressed how they clean up after they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in having flooring installed.

We had our covered porch torn down and replaced. I felt they did a good professional job. We were asked to check the progress along the way. Everything was explained and our choice of materials was used. We really appreciated that the porch and yard were left clean at the end of each workday. We feel the price was fair for the work done. Would definitely consider hiring Thomas & Sons again.

First, I have never, ever given an extremely bad review as the one I have to give S&J Lawn Care. Being the daughter of a Contractor/Builder, I should have been leery to hire a company that was titled "Lawn Care" but, since I had faith that "Home Advisor" listed them for the repairs my home needed, my confidence to hire them was put to ease. Since I was present for the material quote (amount of materials needed) I was much aware that they over estimated materials needed in comparison to what was used !! Their first attempt to do the roofing and addition of 2 downspout to the front porch was so bad that when I showed my husband what was done and required to pay for before job completion he went ballistic, to say the least. And although I okayed the roof repair with asking many questions about it, I just will not be able to continue this review in writing!!!! Home Advisor needs to call me for my review to be completed. Work was done well. They were on time and went right to work. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to my flower beds and what needed to be done in order to get it ready to plant.

I always admire young people who want to work to earn money. While Julian has a full-time job, he does yard work after his job in afternoons and evenings, and weekends. He was personable, handled himself in a professional manner, and did all I asked and did a nice job, cleaning up after. He exuded trustworthiness and honesty. He was accompanied by his step-father but I'm not sure if that's always the case. Lawn Care is difficult to find and I'm thrilled I found Julian through Home Advisor. So far, Home Advisor is batting 1000.
