On issuance of estimate I was given guarantee that total would not exceed $25,000.00. By the time he was told to leave he had run bill up to $40,000.00 + and work was atrocious to say the least .Walls were left leaning in and or out siding was bent up in a lot of panels and not installed correctly and concrete work indicated the rank amateur quality of workers and contractor .We will be heading to court soon . As always now that it is too late to matter I get people I know telling me that this is pattern with this man It is a shame that states like KY.do not license tradespeople before they are allowed to prey on an unsuspecting public
Description of Work: Mr Freeman contracted to do repairs to existing barn, pour footers and walls then pour concrete floor .He was also to pour 25' extension onto existing work shop and install owner provided metal siding on barn and work shop .
